Among the usual portrait painters and street artists who permanently live in the square throughout the year, there are carts, stalls, games, Christmas delicacies of local and international cuisine.
And just a few meters from the Fountain of Four Rivers, every Christmas is a wonderful place and fabulous ride of the past.
You return for a moment to the old times, the village tradition in which the square embraces music, rides, fairy lights and stands restored for the occasion overflowing candy, toys, Christmas decorations, Santa Claus, nativity figurines, candy, hot donuts and trouble-shooting brooms.
The market is open every day until 1.00 am and will culminate on the day of Epiphany, on January 6th,
during which the old witch, Befana, will distribute sweets and coal to all the children in the square.
